I have just finished reading this amazing adventure and was quite impressed by it By Maria Clarke I have just finished reading this amazing adventure and was quite impressed by it. I never thought this would be my kind of book, but it is great. The story runs in a fast pace from the first page and it holds your interest. I love the way the author introduces each character. It gives you the chance to see each of the main characters as individuals. As the story line progressed it drew me in enough to keep reading. His execution of writing descriptive and full on adventure scenes is second to none, the writers ability in that area is unquestionable.Overall I love this book with all my heart. It has everything a book needs. Amazing characters and a fast paced plot. With that ending there better be a sequel. Great job Mark!

It sounds accurate, so I'm pretty sure this should be good. Anyways my son wanted this book as he's in love with Mine craft. He plays on his Xbox mostly, but sometimes on his PC. Anyways he told me, that it was hilarious, especially when Shelby act likes a super thinker. He told me that he loves this book, and re-read it 2 times. . I recommend that if your children love minecraft you get them this book. I mean this eBook based on this and I have to say this is so super for kids. If you want to get a really good book for you or your kids then get this book asap its very good!

Fast and exciting adventure By Andy CJ So cool and fun story, this is the second book by Mark Mulle that I read and I start to understand why so many people like his books more and more...I'm also getting more interested in the Minecraft game becasue of this book. Anyway, if you like a fast and exciting adventure with twists and turns, this book is for you. Read it to your kids, I'm sure they would love it. Boys at least :-)

It is directed to all our special lovely children who are happy with themselves. We hear today how children are teased and bullied because in some way they may be different. They may be left out of friendships , not invited to parties, or sent unkind messages.Janine is a kind , supportive, intelligent, and friendly little girl. She is comfortable with who she is, how she dresses, and how she acts.Unfortunately there are children who look at her as being odd and tell her . She is a strong figure in the book and replies in a positive manner that she likes who she is.I believe this story could open up a discussion about how a child feels about himself/herself. Who are their friends? Does anyone tease you? We need all children to feel comfortable with who they are to to like themselves as individuals.*I received this for review - all opinions are my own*

Tooty has several adventures and after each short story about her adventure there is a moral of the story.There are illustrations throughout the book. At the end of the book there are some jokes and games and puzzles.This is a nice book for children and a fun book for adults to read. That activities at the end of the book are great for sharing time together. There is nothing not to like about this book.

It's a Hit By J.D.E The Aldens get a modern update in this addition to the Boxcar Children collection.My boys (8 and 7) and I started reading this series from book 1. We really enjoy the mysteries and the clues and for the most part these books are wholesome without any ugly words or bullying and are age appropriate for kids and teens. In this story, Henry, Jesse, Violet and Benny find themselves on the set of "Pop Star Sensation" a reality TV show (think American Idol, complete with a brash Simon type judge). The show is in town auditioning for the current season. Because Grandfather Alden knows one of the show's producers, the Aldens are asked to the set. Violet is thrilled to take the stage to perform for her favorite pop star and jude, Madelyn Rose. But in all the chaos, Madelyn Rose goes missing. Has someone kidnapped the young and talented Madelyn Rose? Or is this a publicity stunt for young star? Is it the fame hungry momanger? Or is one of the other judges responsible? Can the Aldens follow the clues to discover the whereabouts of the star before it's too late? Will Violet get the chance of a lifetime to perform for her idol?

My eleven year old daughter struggles somewhat with math, and level three was perfect for her to start on. If your child likes working basic math facts, art, and minecraft, then this is the book for them! It has three levels in all, the first level being perfect for first to second grade, in my opinion, the second level for third grade and up, and the third level has two-digit addition and subtraction, as well as multiplication and division.

83 of 89 people found the following review helpful. color requirements are obnoxious By Christine I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my boyriend's son, so he hasn't used it yet, and I hope he likes it. He loves Minecraft but needs some more educational, but fun activities, so this book is a GREAT idea in theory. However, I could only give it 3 stars for two reasons. First, the equations are super small. For someone young enough to still be practicing simple addition and subtraction, it should be a little easier to read. But my biggest concern is the color list. Nothing at all is mentioned in the description about how custom the color list is, and there is not a specific brand of pencils or crayons listed in the product description, or in the book, but the required colors list is very VERY specific. I guess because this wasn't mentioned in the description, I assumed it was something a basic 24 or even 64-pack of crayons could handle, but I was definitely wrong. There are 25 required colors, and instead of generic colors like "sky blue, dark green, and yellow-orange" they all appear to be the names of Prismacolor pencils. If you're familiar with Prismacolors. A 24-pack of these pencils is over double the cost of this book and only contains FIVE of the colors required. You would either have to spend nearly a hundred dollars on a huge pack of these PROFESSIONAL GRADE pencils to match the colors, or find a store that sells the pencils individually and purchase the entire set for about $40.I understand that a lot of artistic kids could easily improvise these colors, but if your child has any focus issues, learning disabilities, or behavioral disorders, that may be more than they should need to handle while practicing math. Many kids need these types of books to be simple and straightforward. I want him to spend time practicing math, not second-guessing his color choices.The best solution I've come up with is that I'm going to purchase a large box of crayons and use photoshop and my local print shop to make customized crayon labels to match the color names required in the book. I have another coloring-type book on Kindle and can't do a thing with it because it doesn't print out!My 3 kids like it too. It's a little hard to read the type, but manageable. Also, it asks for very related colors, like 3 shades of blue, on the same page, so you'll want a set that has more than the simple 8-10 colors. I recommend erasable colored pencils.
