2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. A story worthy of 500 pgs By Amazon Customer I have ordered this book as gifts as I have my own copy. Mr. Simpson is in the best sense of the word a hero across the spectrum of his life. I, as a previous resident of Galveston who benefited from his hard won fight; he has my utmost respect. His story kept my father in his chair from beginning to end, my mother loved his wonderful way of telling the story and the goodness of the man. This is a must read for anyone who wants or is fighting the good fight. I have never been so grateful for one man in my corner of the world.
