By Stacie Bookhagen I used to have these books as a little girl (I am 30 now). I wanted to order this because I loved them and I thought my 2 year old would too. She loves them! I love first and third book especially, because the first one explains taking care of a new baby (her sister is 6 months) and the last one talks about what work moms do (I am a fulltime working mom). I loved these books and still do! Beware though, they are older, like from the 60’s I think, so the first two books do assume the mom stays home with the kids and cooks and cleans while the dad goes to work! Also, it is 3 books in one so your toddler might insist you keep reading them all!!!

Although it was a little sad that 'a (stay at home) mommy wasn't included in the 'jobs that mommies do' book. I really loved having the vintage books. My daughters and I have enjoyed snuggling up and reading them together!

The second story in the book is actually very Montessori-friendly, all about children helping around the house and doing things by themselves.
