Our story follows three people, each person comprised of an Elephant and a Rider, journeying along their personal Path towards their individual Goal. These three pairs will show you how to listen to your Elephant who knows your deepest desires and is the key to achieving the Goals you were really meant to pursue and achieve. This story was shaped and crafted through numerous tellings and retellings in Red Cross and Red Crescent behavior change trainings conducted globally. Special thanks to the staff and volunteers who discussed and debated the struggles each of our Elephants and Riders face on their Paths. Like the work you do everyday, you made all the difference.

Glick A very intriguing read that makes you think seriously about your own life and how to stay on the path you want. It's something you can continually think back to, turning over the decisions facing each character and the choices they made, and using that to choose where you want to go. The struggle between heart and mind will forever exist and this book helped me accept that and use it to make better decisions for myself.
