It will enlighten you to many steps in the judicial process, ease understanding and help you communicate with legal professionals and staff when discussing case information. Also good for concerned citizens and others looking to broaden their knowledge regarding the practical application of Florida criminal law.Florida's criminal justice laws are producing a generation of citizens who are unable to move forward after making petty, one-time offenses, leaving them unemployed, underemployed, homeless or a burden to the state's taxpayers. Mr. Garcia seems to be a seasoned professional and successful author who has the knowledge and experience to affect change in the future. After reading his book, I viewed his arguments before the Governor during clemency hearings available ob the State of Florida Sunshine website, I was very impressed.If you or a loved one has been convicted of crime in Florida, don't hesitate to get this book.
