The best in one of the best series By AineMistig I got several of the "Feeling" books for my son when he was two, and I've simply not found a better series for discussing various emotions. The beauty is in the simplicity of the sentences -- it keeps the concepts clear so that a toddler can understand them, while leaving plenty of room for discussion with your older child. The illustrations demonstrate the ideas on each page vary well, and are great for asking questions with your toddler on what's happening in the pages and how the characters are feeling.What I said above is true of all of the books, but the reason why I'm writing my review on this one, the "Kind" one, is because it was my son's favorite. He was very taken with the illustrations, and how to be kind to others. I still remember the day I went to pick him up and he excitedly exclaimed, "I was KIND!" when I heard about what a good day he had. If you don't get any of the other books in this series, get this one.
